The principles in our Code apply to all officers, directors, and employees of the FENG-JUI Group, its subsidiaries, and affiliates worldwide. We embrace diversity and inclusion, striving to create a workplace where every employee feels respected and valued, regardless of their background.

Through our social foundations and nonprofit work, we continuously contribute to social progress and support those in need, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others and creating positive impact.

Supply Chain

FENG-JUI's supplier quality system ensures the sourcing of high-quality materials from approved suppliers. We establish and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers who demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement and the ability to enhance their processes, products, and services. These partnerships not only enhance material quality but also reduce total cost of ownership. We recognize suppliers who meet high quality and on-time delivery standards. We require material suppliers to be ISO 9001 certified and encourage them to pursue ISO/IATF 16949 and other industry quality standards.

All materials used in our manufacturing processes meet government safety and environmental regulations. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we are committed to sourcing tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, and cobalt in a manner that does not fund or benefit armed groups, particularly in conflict-affected and high-risk areas as defined by OECD guidelines.

Our management system utilizes the OECD's five-step risk-based due diligence framework and relies on the Responsible Minerals Assurance Program (RMAP) of the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) for third-party audit compliance. We also comply with the due diligence obligations set forth in Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act. To support our supply chain policy, we require all suppliers involved in conflict minerals to adhere to the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct, align their policies with ours, source materials from Responsible Business Alliance (RMAP)-compliant smelters, and provide relevant due diligence information using the RMI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT). This policy is communicated to all suppliers through their purchase contracts or our purchase order terms and conditions.

Environment

Our health and safety approach is grounded in a safety-oriented corporate culture and goes beyond compliance with regulations and standards. We believe every occupational injury or illness is preventable, so we continuously invest in and integrate safe work practices and procedures into our employees' daily work. We are also committed to environmental protection, including preventing pollution, adverse health effects, occupational hazards, and other specific commitments relevant to our organizational context.

We are committed to protecting people and the environment in a sustainable manner, preventing climate change, and conserving biodiversity and ecosystems. We comply with or exceed relevant regulatory requirements and meet all other standards deemed necessary to protect people and the environment. We are also committed to continuously improving our environmental management system to enhance our overall environmental performance.
